IPad Giveaway!

This year we have a special contest going from April 1st - September 30th to give away an IPad to one lucky individual.

Just refer 3 patients to Dr. Kenny to get an entry form. More than one form per person will be allowed. The drawing is to be held on Friday October 7,2011. It's painless and a lot of fun!
